What We Do

Promoting Respect Workshops (PRW)

K-12 classroom workshops are conducted by pairs of community members using pre-defined curriculum with the goal of teaching mutual respect.  This curriculum is delivered in all Mankato area schools and surrounding communities such as New Ulm, St. James, Sleepy Eye, Gibbon/FairfaxWinthrop, Springfield/Redwood Falls/Cedar Mountain, Sibley East, Madelia and Maple River.

2013 Outreach - Prejudice Reduction Workshop

STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathmatics) Equity program

Seventh to twelfth grade workshops are designed to promote science, technology, engineering and mathematics careers for all students. Classes have been conducted in LeSueur/Henderson, St. Peter, Waseca, Cleveland, Tri-City (Montgomery/Lonsdale/Le Center), Maple River, St. James and Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial.

"Perspectives" Business Diversity Training

Adult diversity training is conducted at the request of businesses or organizations in the greater Mankato area.    Curriculum is custom-designed to meet the needs of the organization.
